We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to join our team at Thrifty Car & Van Rental. As a key member of our Head Office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing correspondence, and supporting the repair process.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with repairers and update internal systems to ensure efficient and effective repair resolution processes.
- Support the after-sales process, including authorizing damage claims, dealing with buy-back requests, and raising purchase orders.
- Grade vehicle damage from In-Life and refurb vehicles, making commercial decisions on which vehicles need repair and allocating them within our network.
- Produce and maintain spreadsheets to track and analyze repair data.
- Deal with customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Contribute to the overall success of the team by providing administrative support and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
