This role presents a remarkable opportunity for a skilled Business Analyst with a background in the retail sector or related fields. The selected candidate will become part of a leading organization currently undergoing a significant IT transformation initiative.

The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with essential internal stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate enhancements in internal workflows, optimize the utilization of innovative technologies, and uncover prospects for automation and technological advancement.

Reporting to a Lead Business Analyst, the individual will engage with both technical and non-technical teams to acclimate them to new operational methodologies and boost overall engagement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extensive experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst in IT settings
  • Experience in the retail or eCommerce sectors is a plus
  • Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, liaising with both technical IT and non-technical teams
  • Adept at thriving in a dynamic, delivery-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Scaled Agile frameworks
  • Proficient in requirements gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect management, and non-functional requirements
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Proven track record in managing projects through critical phases, including go-live, deployment, and hypercare

This position is based in a hybrid work environment, requiring attendance in the office a couple of days each week.
