About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to maintain our 24-acre site, known for its pristine condition. As a key member of our Facilities Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the site's lawns, tennis courts, cricket pitch, bowling green, and playing fields are kept in immaculate condition.

The ideal candidate will have experience in operating mowers, hedge cutters, strimmers, tractors, and trailers, as well as knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and health and safety practices related to grounds keeping.

You will work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to tasks determined by seasons, weather, and daylight saving time. A drivers' license and basic IT knowledge are also required.

About You

You will be passionate about groundskeeping and take pride in maintaining beautiful landscapes. You will have a proactive approach, be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and have an understanding of health and safety practices.
