An exciting chance to lead a high-performing lettings branch in the West Bridgford area, as part of a well-established and rapidly expanding East Midlands portfolio. As Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a team, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to increase the managed portfolio and generate new business opportunities.
- Lead and motivate a team of lettings professionals, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes to optimize team and branch performance.
- Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and customer service.
- Contribute to the development of the company's lettings strategy, providing input and insights to inform business decisions.
- Proven experience as a Lettings Manager, with a strong track record of success in driving business growth and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to manage complex situations and achieve positive outcomes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
