The role:
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our family business, Slades Garage, which has been serving the community for over 40 years. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues in a variety of vehicles.
- Performing routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake inspections, and general automotive tasks.
- Conducting thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential problems.
- Using diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately pinpoint issues.
- Providing excellent customer service by clearly explaining repairs and maintenance.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
