We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Meallmore. As a Chef, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of food and service for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head Chef in planning, preparing, and cooking meals that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Prepare and serve food in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless food service and resident satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and introduce innovative ideas to enhance the dining experience.
  • Adhere to food budget guidelines and minimize waste.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of nutrition, dietary requirements, and food allergies is desirable.
  • Strong culinary skills and creativity to prepare appetizing meals.
  • Proficiency in food safety practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
