Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our IT department at Recruit4Talent, a national recruitment agency group. This is a permanent, full-time role based onsite at our Meriden office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure the highest quality of our software products.
  • Review and analyze requirements and specifications to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
  • Design, create, and maintain test cases and scripts to ensure thorough testing of our software applications.
  • Perform test case reviews and provide feedback to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Identify, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks to streamline our testing process.
  • Analyze test results and report on software quality to inform business decisions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of QA analysts to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure quality standards are met and to identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to DevOps practices, including test environment setup and maintenance, to ensure seamless integration with our development teams.
Requirements
  • Experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a QA team, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with experience in test automation tools and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database testing, with understanding of Agile development methodologies.
