Job Title: Tax and Trusts Solicitor - Private Client

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax and Trusts Solicitor to join our Private Client team at Law Staff Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on tax and trust matters to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a broad and varied caseload, including creating settlements, managing and administering trusts, and providing specialist tax advice during the trust administration period.
  • Work closely with our Partners to assist with a caseload of trust settlements, trust administration, and associated specialist tax advice.
  • Deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Adhere to agreed quality procedures and management systems, and contribute to the overall profile of the Private Client team.
  • Participate in business development, meetings, and training, and may be required to travel and work outside of regular hours.
