Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support a high-impact operational resilience project in the asset management sector. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving impactful projects and delivering actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify operational risks, assess business impact, and prioritize resilience measures to mitigate potential disruptions.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the project.
- Analyze data and perform root cause analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in current operational processes and systems.
- Develop business process maps, workflows, and other documentation to illustrate current and future state processes, guiding the implementation of resilience strategies and controls.
- Support the project manager in tracking project progress, managing risks and issues, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate requirements, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with expertise in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Understanding of operational resilience principles and practices, with the ability to contribute effectively to the project's objectives and deliverables.
- Experience in asset management, with knowledge of the industry and regulatory landscape.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct data analysis, identify trends and patterns, and derive meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
