Head of Service Charge Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Service Charge Team as Head of Service Charge. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for shaping and improving processes, managing and motivating the team, and driving forward the Service Charge function.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure accurate preparation of service charge budgets and accounts within CEM workflow timeframes and in accordance with current legislation, lease requirements, and industry practice.
- Manage the Transactional Service Charge Team, including Sales/Purchase Ledger and Credit Control functions.
- Develop and maintain key relationships with external stakeholders, such as solicitors, banks, accountants, auditors, government bodies, suppliers, owners, and industry bodies relevant to the Service Charge function.
- Work closely with the Group Finance function to share best practice and drive business forward.
We are looking for a strong people leader with excellent management skills, highly motivated and organized, with the ability to prioritize and work with other senior colleagues to assist in moving our business forward. You will need to have strong IT skills, particularly with MS Office, and advanced Excel skills. Experience using software such as Qube Property Management System would be a strong advantage.
Requirements- Property Institute's Level 3 qualification in Leasehold Management.
