Job Title: Legal Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Legal Administrator to join our Family Law department in Llanelli. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our solicitors and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Preparation of electronic bundles for court hearings
  2. Working on our Leap computer system (training will be provided)
  3. Typing of briefs and instructions to barristers using digital dictation systems
  4. Liaison with barristers, court staff, clients, and the internal legal team
  5. General administration and organisational duties as required


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous administrative and secretarial experience, exceptional communication skills, solid typing and organisational skills, and a strong attention to detail. You must also be capable of developing relationships and assisting people, and enjoy working in a busy fast-paced environment.
