About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic customer service specialist to join our team at Taylors as a Property Manager. As a Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our landlord and tenant customers receive a high-quality experience throughout their time with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management: You will be fully managing your own portfolio of properties across our 60 brands, building relationships with internal colleagues and customers, and acting as a key contact for tenants and landlords who require support.
  • Customer Service: Providing a first-class service to our customers is at the heart of your role. You will work in a fun and positive environment, coordinating urgent and routine repairs and maintenance, liaising with tradespeople and contractors, and keeping customers up to date.
  • Relationship Building: You will build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and internal colleagues, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
  • Communication: You will deal promptly and courteously with communication from landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal partners, providing a first-class service to maximise customer retention.
  • Performance Management: You will ensure that personal and team deadlines are met, service levels are maintained, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved.
Requirements
  • Competent knowledge of lettings legislation, tenancy agreements, and landlord contracts.
  • Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
