Requirements
  • National Advertising & Brand Campaign Expertise: A proven track record in national advertising, particularly in radio and TV planning and multi-channel campaign planning and execution.
  • Insight-Driven Decision-Making: Strong ability to leverage customer insights and data to inform brand strategy and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Strategic Vision: Strong brand management skills with the ability to develop and implement strategies across national and local channels, including PR, POS, and partnerships.
  • Leadership Excellence: Inspiring leadership capabilities with experience in managing high-performing teams and complex cross-functional projects.
  • Partnership Management: Expertise in managing relationships with key partners, sponsors, and social media and brand ambassadors/influencers to drive brand objectives.
  • Innovative Mindset: Creative thinking and a data-driven approach to ensure continuous improvement and measurable success across all initiatives.
  • Desirable Qualifications: A CIM or Mini MBA qualification or similar would be the cherry on top, signaling your commitment to staying at the top of your marketing game.
