We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Operations Lead to spearhead our field clinical function and support the commercialization of our HOTWIRE(TM) system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the field clinical function, driving strategic initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Participate in pre-clinical studies and physician engagement events, fostering strong relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders.
  • Support the development of key accounts and trade show participation, showcasing our technology and expertise.
  • Collaborate on registry and clinical studies, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Provide new product in-servicing to existing and new accounts, delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent healthcare experience.
  • A minimum of two years of increasingly responsible experience in cardiac electrophysiology, pacing/defibrillation, and/or structural heart or related industries.
  • Familiarity with catheterization lab and operating room procedures and protocol.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to concentrate on detail and work independently.
  • Capacity to work effectively with engineers, technical specialists, vendors, and customers to achieve assigned goals.
