Head of Bulk Annuity Projects

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our bulk annuity projects, ensuring the development and pricing of bulk annuities are executed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of qualified actuaries and trainees in the development and pricing of bulk annuities.
- Communicate with senior executives on the impact, pricing, and other aspects of bulk annuity quotations.
- Develop, gain approval, and execute pricing and reinsurance arrangements for bulk annuity projects.
- Review and produce actuarial reports, including pricing reports, and statements.
- Provide support to strategic project programs as required.
- Previous experience in managing a team and resource planning.
- Knowledge of UK Bulk Annuity markets and reinsurance structures.
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
- Ability to apply actuarial techniques to business problems.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
