We are seeking a dynamic HR Advisor to join our team at AW Media Recruitment. As the first point of contact for HR-related queries, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support and guidance to both managers and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee critical HR processes, including contract preparation, policy updates, and system management
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to drive excellence across all aspects of the HR function

About the Role:
This is a newly created role, and as the standalone HR Advisor, you will be at the heart of the people operations function. You will have the opportunity to shape the company culture, implement best practices, and ensure all HR policies and procedures are effectively executed.
Requirements:
- Indepth, generalist knowledge of HR processes and a solid understanding of UK employment law
- Proficiency with HRIS systems, analytics, and reporting to drive data-informed decisions
- Experience crafting detailed HR policies and guidance notes
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with creative professionals
