Job Summary:
TPF Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Manager to join a boutique, well-established, and highly regarded accountancy practice based in the South-East region. As a key addition to the team, you will be responsible for providing tax advisory services to a mixed portfolio of owner-managed businesses, including assisting with tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, and preparing corporation tax computations and returns.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a tax professional to join a successful firm and contribute to its growth and development. As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will work closely with the partners to provide tax advisory services, including:
- Assisting with tax planning and advisory work, including EIS and share schemes
- Helping with mergers, acquisitions, reorganisations, and tax due diligence
- Preparing R&D tax relief claims
- Preparing corporation tax computations and returns for larger, more complex companies/groups
- Overseeing and reviewing the more basic corporation tax compliance function to ensure deadlines are met
- Supervising more junior members of staff
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be ACA/ACCA/ATT/CTA qualified or qualified by experience with a career background in corporate tax or a mixed tax background. You will also have advisory/planning tax experience gained within an accounting firm or tax boutique firm of any size.
What We Offer:
As a Corporate Tax Manager with TPF Recruitment, you will receive a competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable. You will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package and flexible working hours.
