The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in domestic roofing, with expertise in installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of roofs. As an experienced roofer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and durability of our roofing projects.
Key Responsibilities- Roof Installation: Install new roofing systems, including shingles, metal, tiles, and flat roofing, following industry standards and safety regulations.
- Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of roofing systems to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
- Project Management: Oversee roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients to address their concerns and provide expert advice on roofing solutions.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in roofing, with a strong background in installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of roofs.
- Skills: Proficiency in using roofing tools and equipment, with a solid understanding of roofing materials and techniques.
- Certifications: CSCS Card
- Licenses: Driver's License ideally with no points
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including working at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Location: South East London
Schedule: Monday to Friday
