Treasury Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Treasury to join our team at Oxford University Press. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the Group Treasury department and chairing the Treasury Committee.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate treasury policies and processes, ensuring assets are protected and maximised.
- Present reporting and policy updates to the Audit Committee and Finance Committee.
- Monitor treasury activities in the UK and overseas to ensure compliance.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of investment policy.
- Manage hedge accounting for foreign exchange deals under FRS 102.
- Ensure FX exposures are identified, forecasts prepared, and reported.
- Identify and track economic and other Treasury data in support of business activities.
- Oversee overseas cash management.
About You
We are looking for a qualified accountant and corporate treasurer with experience operating in a role with global reach. You will have:
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of all aspects of treasury management.
- Experience of working at senior level in corporate treasury functions.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to plan and implement projects to tight deadlines.
