Safety and Operations Manager

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety and Operations Manager to join our team at City Cruises UK. As a key member of our Sightseeing division, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation of our vessels and the well-being of our passengers.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Conduct daily safety briefings for crew members to ensure they are aware of their responsibilities and the procedures in place to maintain a safe working environment
* Account for and safely embark and disembark passengers from designated locations along the River Thames
* Ensure the vessel has an adequate supply of fresh water for passengers prior to commencing service
* Implement and maintain a safe and efficient operation of the vessel, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines

**Requirements**

* Tier 1 & 2 Boat Masters license
* Local knowledge endorsement
* Full understanding of Health & Safety afloat and ashore
