Job Title:

Lecturer in Health

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Lecturer to teach on a range of Health programmes, primarily science subjects, at University College Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach on a range of Health programmes, primarily science subjects, to students in Further Education
  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective teaching materials and resources
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Contribute to the development of the Health and Social Care curriculum
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve departmental and institutional goals
Requirements:
  • Previous experience of teaching in Further Education or a related field
  • Strong subject knowledge and expertise in Health and Social Care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
