Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve business targets.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability in your pharmacy.
  • Manage stock, operational, and GPhC standards to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Regional Healthcare Managers to achieve business objectives and support the development of pharmacy teams.
Requirements
  • Must be a GPhC qualified pharmacist with experience of working in a community pharmacy.
  • Strong leadership and commercial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve targets.
