Family Law Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join our team in Derby. As a key member of our Family Department, you will work alongside our excellent Family Law team to provide advice and guidance to clients.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in private Family Law, including separation and divorce, financial remedy applications, and private law children matters. You will be able to work without or with minimal supervision and have a strong ability to negotiate and draft legal documents on behalf of clients.

Responsibilities will include managing family law cases, negotiating and drafting legal documents, supporting clients through emotional disputes, and representing clients' interests in court. You will also be expected to meet financial targets and uphold regulatory compliance.

In return, you can expect a salary commensurate with your relevant family law experience, a rewards and recognition package, including a discount scheme with 900 High Street retailers, a pension scheme with employer's contributions, and generous annual holiday entitlement.
