Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, or significant relevant experience.
  • Proven leadership experience in organizational leadership, ministry/missions, and engineering industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in project management, fundraising, and donor relations.
  • Knowledge of engineering principles and practices, with a focus on applied research and community development.
  • Ability to speak and communicate effectively in a multicultural setting.
