An industry-leading provider of Water Hygiene and Legionella services throughout the UK is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Water Hygiene Account Manager.
This role, based in the Midlands office, will focus on delivering exceptional sales and account management services to clients in various sectors including Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Leisure, and Local Authorities.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to quickly adapt, with a background in managing existing accounts while also pursuing new business opportunities. Responsibilities will include upselling and promoting products, ensuring that sales targets align with company objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in a Water Hygiene or Legionella management role, specifically in sales or account management.
- An industry-recognized legionella qualification (e.g., City and Guilds, WMSoc or equivalent) is advantageous.
- Ability to provide outstanding technical and consultancy support.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership capabilities.
- Proficient in managing schedules to meet company and client needs.
- Confident in upselling and promoting business services.
- IT proficient.
- Strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing Water Hygiene accounts across various sectors including Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Leisure, and Local Authorities.
- Meeting revenue targets.
- Promoting and upselling a range of company services, including surveying, monitoring, remedial actions, and maintenance services.
- Efficiently identifying and securing new accounts.
- Conducting site visits to ensure service delivery.
- Engaging with clients to provide top-notch consultancy and technical support.
- Preparing competitive quotes, tenders, and bid submissions for new and existing clients.
- Managing the operational delivery of ongoing contracts.
- Mobilizing and implementing new contracts and projects.
- Generating detailed reports on operational performance and business efficiency of contracts.
- Participating in business development through direct sales within both existing and new accounts.
- Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with long-standing clients.
- Ensuring compliance with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines and company policies.
- Leading and supporting a team of supervisors, consultants, technicians, and engineers.
