Job Title: Bar & Restaurant Team Member (20 hours per week)

We are seeking a part-time team member to join our team at the ibis Styles London Gatwick Airport hotel. As a Bar & Restaurant Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests in the open-plan bar and restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take and serve orders in a fast-paced environment
  • Prepare drinks and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for our guests
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent service standards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hotels and hospitality is desirable, but not essential
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week, with a combination of midweek and weekend shifts
  • Flexibility to work early and late shifts, including breakfast and dinner service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm
