Key Responsibilities:- Assume full responsibility and oversight of the production area.
- Promote Health & Safety, Quality Assurance, Cost Efficiency, Waste Reduction, and Performance Enhancement within the designated areas.
- Evaluate employee performance and determine training requirements.
- Maintain and update Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports and monthly production metrics.
- Conduct regular discussions with Material and Production planners.
- Oversee production output and meet business requirements.
- Possess a background in food manufacturing and supply chain management, with experience in Warehouse and Transport operations.
- Demonstrate production management expertise.
- Capable of navigating a challenging work culture while seeking long-term development opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and a strong desire to initiate change.
