About the Role

We're seeking a skilled HGV Class 2 driver to join our team at Evri's Pen Y Bont depot. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of parcels.

Key Responsibilities

As an HGV Class 2 driver, you'll be responsible for safely transporting parcels to Couriers or picking up parcels from Clients or Delivery Units. You'll typically have a run with 10 – 15 drops, ensuring the safe and efficient driving of vehicles and keeping paperwork updated.

You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and management, and be able to adapt to changing circumstances, such as weather conditions or traffic congestion.

Requirements
  • A full UK driving licence with HGV Class 2 (Cat C) entitlements
  • Driver's CPC and digital tachograph
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Reasonable physical fitness
