Private Client Tax Senior Manager

Pro-Tax is seeking a highly skilled Private Client Tax Senior Manager to join our rapidly growing team in London. As a trusted advisor, you will play a significant role in supporting our Partners with the management of their client portfolio and growing our Private advisory business.

  1. Develop and execute tax strategies for high net worth individuals and families, including those with complex international tax situations.
  2. Act as a client relationship point of contact for significant Private Equity and other related clients, providing expert tax advice and guidance.
  3. Collaborate with our Private Equity sector group to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic relationships with key clients.
  4. Provide technical expertise on complex tax issues, including private equity, non-doms, and offshore trusts, to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  5. Ensure that our quality control procedures are adhered to on client engagements, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and expertise.
  6. Contribute to the commercial management of client relationships, setting budgets, monitoring workflows, and contributing to a commercially profitable business.
  7. Identify and mitigate risk, as well as opportunities, to our Partners and act accordingly.
  8. Develop and execute account development plans for client portfolios, driving growth and revenue.
  9. Contribute to the tax group's sales and marketing activities, developing new work wins in the Private Equity market.
  10. Oversee resource planning and allocation for client portfolios, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  11. Provide staff training and development, including recommendations for promotion, to ensure the continued growth and development of our team.
  12. Liaise with Tax Authorities to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  13. Act as a liaison between clients and other service lines and tax specialists within Pro-Tax.
  14. Consult with colleagues and Partners on technical and risk matters, ensuring the highest standards of expertise and professionalism.

  1. A deep understanding of Private Client taxation, with the ability to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant aspects.
  2. Expertise in their specialist field, with the ability to deal with complex tax issues and provide innovative solutions.
