We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Prudential Risk Advisory and Assurance team as an Associate Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading business development activities, managing client relationships, and delivering high-quality advisory services to our clients in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality advisory services to clients
- Lead business development activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Deliver high-quality advisory services to clients, including risk and governance advisory services
- Manage and lead client projects, including risk and governance advisory services
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in risk and governance advisory services. You should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality advisory services to clients, as well as experience in leading business development activities and managing client relationships. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements- Chartered accountant or equivalent, relevant professional qualification (e.g. FRM, ACT, CertBALM)
- Natural team player
- Driven, motivated, dedicated and resilient
- Outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- High standard of written and verbal communication
- Experience of working in a regulatory practice and / or regulated business
- Willingness to engage in business and market development activities
