About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Counter Manager to join our team at NEOM Wellbeing. As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of one of our wellbeing hubs in a department store setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive forward sales, KPIs, and company objectives
  • Complete targets, rotas, and weekly reports
  • Organise and support in-store and field events to promote NEOM as a brand
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor a team with a focus on training and education
  • Provide the highest standard of NEOM Customer Experience on counter to inspire wellbeing
  • Proactively identify opportunities to contribute to the wellbeing of our people and planet
Requirements
  • 2 years minimum experience managing a Counter or Store
  • Retail experience within the health/beauty industry
  • Genuine interest in wellbeing
  • A love of customer service and the ability to translate this to inspire colleagues
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Someone who thrives in a collaborative and supportive team
