We are seeking a reliable and experienced Transportation Specialist to support the safe transportation of children, including those with mobility challenges and special needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Safely transport children to and from school or other authorized locations.
- Assist children with mobility issues in boarding and exiting the vehicle.
- Operate safety equipment, such as lifts, and ensure the proper securing of wheelchairs.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and carry out routine maintenance checks.
- Report any incidents or behavioral issues to the Transport Officer.
- Full Category D driving license.
- Valid driver qualification card (DQC) and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Experience driving buses with 17 seats or more.
- Strong communication and record-keeping abilities.
- Experience using wheelchair-accessible vehicles and related safety aids.
