Comprehensive training, including on our SAP system, will be provided by our Sales Office Manager.
About Hales Group
Hales Group provides an office-based role with standard working hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, promoting a healthy work-life balance. You will also benefit from a 1-hour lunch break and 28 days of annual leave, along with a competitive annual salary of £24,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction:
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
- Address and resolve client issues related to invoices, deliveries, and other matters, with a focus on achieving high levels of client satisfaction.
- Order and Specification Oversight:
- Meticulously compile product specifications and maintain comprehensive records for reference.
- Process client orders, quotations, and invoices with precision to ensure accuracy in our transactions.
- Work closely with the Operations Director and Production Department to verify accurate lead times for orders.
- Sample and Artwork Management:
- Ensure timely dispatch of produced samples and effectively manage follow-ups for prompt delivery.
- Oversee artwork requests, maintaining ongoing communication with clients and the Production Department until approval is secured.
- Fostering Client Relationships:
- Build and enhance relationships with existing clients, providing expert guidance and support to promote business growth.
- Regularly communicate with clients via phone and email to facilitate new orders, provide quotes, and address any needs they may have.
- Product Knowledge and Quality Assurance:
- Acquire a thorough understanding of our product offerings, materials, and presentations.
- Comply with and demonstrate knowledge of all relevant sections of the company's Quality Manual and operational procedures.
- General Responsibilities:
- Perform additional tasks as required to effectively support the team and company objectives.
