Project Administrator Job Description

Keltbray Infrastructure Services is seeking a skilled Project Administrator to support our Saffron Walden office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create work packs, including collation of completion packs, clocking off completed works, and raising outage requests on the DOP System.
  • Raise and arrange Traffic Management requests, liaise with clients and local authorities, and liaise with 3rd party interfaces such as hire companies.
  • Collate Timesheets, attend Project Meetings, and minute meetings with Contracts/Planning/Project when required.
  • Cross-reference cost and sales summary sheets with monthly commercial applications and forward to the Commercial Team.
  • Perform various other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Detailed knowledge and usage of Excel.
  • Basic level of IT literacy.
  • Ideal experience in the utilities industry or similar.
  • Ideal experience in raising and closing permits for traffic management.

  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Reliable and flexible with outstanding organisational skills and the ability to prioritise.
  • Able to work with own initiative and as part of a team with consistent performance.
