We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and preventative maintenance on our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of equipment and components.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to achieve maintenance goals and objectives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and protocols.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £44,000 - £45,000.
  • A 3-shift rotation schedule.
  • A pension contribution of 6% from the employer.
  • 34 days annual leave, including 30 days at your choice and 4 set days.
  • Over time available at 1.5x and 2x rates.
