Carpentry Specialist

We are seeking a skilled carpenter with additional trade skills to join our West Dorset team. As a key member of our responsive repairs and voids team, you will be responsible for completing carpentry repair works in customers' homes across the Dorset region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out carpentry repair works in customers' homes, utilizing your skills and experience to deliver high-quality results.
- Support the team with plumbing knowledge and experience, identifying causes and specifying materials required to rectify carpentry issues.
- Work independently, using your handheld device to manage your workload and communicate with the team.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
- Collaborate with various teams, communicating effectively to manage expectations and deliver results.
Requirements:
- Carpentry qualification, NVQ, or equivalent.
- Additional plumbing skills, including tiling and plastering.
- Confident user of IT, with experience using handheld devices and electronic stock management systems.
- Full, UK manual driving licence, with a company vehicle provided.
- Flexible approach to work, with willingness to participate in out-of-hours rotas and comply with facefit regulations.
