About the Role:
- The Trainee Financial Consultant will play a vital role in executing the Regional Business strategy by providing exceptional financial planning and client service, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and governance standards.
- Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough financial assessments to fully understand each client's objectives and presenting the most suitable solutions.
- Throughout your first year, you will be entrusted with a substantial client base to manage, allowing you to gain invaluable experience.
- Delivering high-quality financial planning will be essential, as you will be expected to meet established quality benchmarks consistently.
- Additionally, you will identify further opportunities within your client base, enhancing our understanding of their needs to exceed expectations and foster long-term relationships.
- It is crucial to maintain current knowledge of investment markets, financial products, planning methodologies, tax regulations, and compliance procedures.
- Building and nurturing both personal and professional relationships will be key to uncovering new opportunities and enhancing the firm's visibility.
- You will collaborate with clients' other professional advisers to ensure comprehensive support for their financial needs.
- Your role will also involve securing client commitment to both initial and ongoing financial planning services, thereby increasing assets under management and generating revenue.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must hold a minimum Level 4 qualification and have prior experience as either a financial adviser or Paraplanner. Strong communication and influencing skills are essential for establishing and maintaining trusted relationships with clients, which is critical for client retention and referrals.
