Automotive Paint Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Paint Specialist to join our team at Pybus Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our Accident Repair / Bodyshop team in High Wycombe, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Operate our state-of-the-art spray booth to achieve high-quality finishes
- Ensure vehicles are properly masked and prepared for painting
- Mix and match colours to achieve precise matches
- Inspect painted jobs to ensure they meet our high standards
- Carry out high-volume repairs in accordance with BSI PAS 10125 standards
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Vehicle Refinish Technician who is passionate about delivering exceptional results. You will need to be able to:
- Plan your workload effectively to meet deadlines
- Work safely and efficiently under pressure
- Carry out work to manufacturer specifications
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
- Be flexible and adaptable in your approach
