Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor to join a Top 100 law firm in the City of London. The firm is highly ranked in the Legal 500 tiers for residential property work and is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor with 2-4 years of PQE and experience with HNW clients to join their successful team.

About the Role

The Residential Property team deals with a high-quality caseload, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions. You will be advising high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients on premium, high-value transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal with a broad residential conveyancing caseload, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions.
  • Advise high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients on premium, high-value transactions.
  • Gain insight from top lawyers and partners in the sector and exposure to an enviable client list and the highest quality work.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of PQE as a Residential Property Solicitor.
  • Experience working with HNW clients is required.
  • First-class communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong time management.
