Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £70 - £100 per day

The Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuity of education for our students. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers
  • Ensuring that students remain on task with the work set by the regular teacher
  • Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment
  • Providing support and assistance to students as needed
  • Liaising with teaching staff and school management to ensure effective cover arrangements

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in an educational setting, preferably as a Cover Supervisor
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage and motivate students
