At EDF, we're committed to helping Britain achieve Net Zero. Our Science and Engineering Graduate Programme is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in the nuclear energy industry.

What You'll Gain

Our 15-month training programme will give you hands-on experience across our Nuclear new build sites. You'll rotate through exciting placements, working on real projects and developing your skills in areas like site engineering, design, and construction.

Support and Development

We're committed to your growth and offer a tailored training path to enhance your skills and knowledge. You'll have mentors and industry experts to guide you, and we'll support you to gain chartership with a professional institution.

Your Work Location

You'll have the chance to explore our sites, immersing yourself in the diversity of our business. Our main locations include Gloucester Business Park, Hinkley Point C, Sizewell C, and our Operating Stations.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking someone with a genuine interest in nuclear energy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a keen problem-solving attitude. You'll need a 2:2 Bachelor's Degree or a 2:2 Postgraduate Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related subject.
