Mobile Caretaker Position

Salary: £22,97 per annum (£11.63 per hour)

Our cleaning division is dedicated to supporting local educational institutions, public facilities, and businesses with specialized hygiene solutions, emphasizing exceptional service delivery.

Our joint venture, Alliance Norse, is responsible for providing essential cleaning services to various regions. We are actively seeking a Mobile Caretaker for a full-time, permanent role, comprising 37.5 hours per week.

In this position, you will travel across multiple sites, ensuring cleanliness and organization in public buildings, offices, and sanitation facilities. The work schedule includes 5 days out of 7, with occasional weekend shifts. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the assigned areas in a tidy and orderly manner, thereby creating a welcoming environment for all users. You will perform general caretaking tasks to ensure that the premises and their contents are secure, well-maintained, and ready for use.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for candidates who can showcase prior experience in cleaning or caretaking roles, along with the following qualifications:

• Understanding of fundamental site health and safety protocols
• Strong communication skills, capable of fostering relationships with on-site clients
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Valid UK driving license - a vehicle will be provided for work-related use
