Are you ready to take on a new opportunity in the logistics sector? Jonathan Lee Recruitment is partnering with a dynamic automotive organization to find a skilled Logistics Project Coordinator. This role offers an umbrella contract rate of £36.87 per hour (Inside IR35).

As a Logistics Project Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Logistics Engineering Team, directly supporting Project Manager(s) in executing various projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist project management leads in achieving collective objectives throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate the delivery of On Cycle, Off Cycle & In Cycle initiatives, focusing on excellence for MP&L customers in production.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, enabling proactive management of change, risk mitigation, and opportunity exploitation.
  • Ensure project delivery is on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.
  • Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing small to medium scale projects or improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Manufacturing Planning & Logistics, especially within the automotive sector.
  • Proficient in presenting information to small groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues in Manufacturing and/or Logistics with attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with SAP reporting is a plus.
  • Effective communication skills across all organizational levels, ensuring clarity and alignment on expected outcomes.
