Magnus James Ltd., a distinguished Tier 1 Main Contractor with a focus on infrastructure projects, is on the lookout for a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to enhance their team. This role offers the opportunity to work primarily from the Oldham office while enjoying the flexibility of remote work and occasional site visits across the North-West region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Lead QS in infrastructure projects, particularly in highways.
- Background with a reputable construction main contractor is essential.
- A degree in a construction-related discipline is preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of NEC contracts is required.
- Ability to perform all Quantity Surveying duties independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Excellent communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a desire to contribute to the company's growth.
This position necessitates the right to work in the UK, and candidates must possess a valid UK driving license.
