Information Manager

We are seeking an experienced Information Manager to join our team in Birmingham, working on major Defence construction projects. As an Information Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project information management strategies, leading the establishment and communication of digital and information management processes, and ensuring timely delivery of digital and information management requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain project information management strategies, including approaches to delivering client IDPs, TIDPs, and MIDPs.
- Provide leadership in establishing and communicating digital and information management processes.
- Manage digital and information management delivery in a timely manner to ensure maximum outcomes for clients and Lendlease.
- Create training plans and implement them to ensure all Lendlease people and supporting collaborators understand and are capable of delivering information management requirements.
- Liaise and drive projects to ensure the right people get the right information at the right time.
- Ensure quality is consistently high and proactively identify quality issues.
- Accountable for implementing and complying with all Lendlease safety requirements across staff, contractors, and work practices, ensuring appropriate records are maintained and required reports are available.
- Hands-on experience with information management processes.
- Good knowledge of ISO 19650 and other relevant UK BIM standards.
- CSCS card holder.
