About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the retail industry. You'll have the chance to work with a leading motor retailing group, specializing in MG, Suzuki, and new brands Omoda and Jaecoo. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering high-quality experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and service targets
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Some experience in the retail industry or a call centre backgroundA keen learner and a drive to succeedFlexibility and a willingness to work as part of a teamA full UK driving license with less than 6 points
