We are seeking a passionate and experienced EYFS teacher to join our team at Wayman Education. As a specialist recruitment agency, we have a strong reputation for providing high-quality teaching staff to schools across London.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, a Bachelor's degree in education, and experience working in a classroom setting. They will also have a deep understanding of the EYFS curriculum and pedagogy, as well as excellent communication and planning skills.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging and effective learning activities for children in accordance with the National Curriculum
  • Establishing and maintaining a nurturing and stimulating learning environment
  • Evaluating each child's progress and adapting the curriculum accordingly
  • Maintaining accurate records of each student's development
  • Communicating effectively with parents, colleagues, and senior staff members

Key requirements for the role include:

  • QTS, EYTS, PGCE, and strong academic record
  • Bachelor's degree in education, with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or equivalent
  • Knowledge of EYFS Curriculum and pedagogy
  • Experience working in a classroom setting
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
