Key Responsibilities
  • Helpdesk Support: Respond to incoming requests in a timely and efficient manner, providing effective solutions to our clients.
  • Facilities Coordination: Collaborate with our facilities management team to resolve issues and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in our helpdesk process and suggest changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Support: Provide support to the wider team, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and contributing to a positive working environment.
  • Professional Development: Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in healthcare facilities management and participate in training and development opportunities within the industry.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in helpdesk or facilities management.
  • Location: Harrogate based or willing to travel.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to handle queries and concerns effectively, and proficiency in using various helpdesk software and tools.
  • CAFM Experience: Experience with Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems.
  • Management/Supervisory Experience: Management or supervisory experience would be advantageous.
