Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Property Listing Specialist to join our team in Sheffield. As a key member of our residential lettings team, you will be responsible for winning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business: Identify and pursue new listing opportunities to expand our portfolio of properties.
- Build relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Market properties: Effectively market properties to attract potential tenants and maximize rental income.
- Admin and reporting: Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Estate agency experience: Proven experience in estate agency, preferably in a listing or valuation role.
- Business development skills: Ability to generate new business and expand our property portfolio.
- Customer service skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems.
