Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of our campuses to identify and mitigate potential safety risks
- Respond promptly and effectively to incidents and emergencies, providing support and assistance as needed
- Assist students who are locked out of their rooms, providing a helpful and courteous service
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our students, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and respectful manner
- Document incidents electronically, maintaining accurate and detailed records

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff
- A calm and composed demeanor, with the ability to remain focused under pressure
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
